To be honest, it's not the pseudonym that annoys me so much as the variation, so maybe there should be two categories, the consistent pseudonymous and the rampant pseudonymous. Consistents are cool because their real name becomes irrelevant making them de facto onymous. The rampants are the problem.I have to say that I am probably guilty of causing some confusion myself. Whilst 'Lisa Rullsenberg' isn't exactly a rocket-science variation of my actual name, the email account I use for blogmail goes with the name "Leesa Chapman". The best explantion I can offer is that Chapman is an old family name and Leesa was my idle way of varying my first name to get another email account.
*does what it says on the tin.

AnnaWaits has been pretty constant for me for a good few years, though I started out, I must admit, as Jareth's Queenie. It's a Labyrinth thing... but now I'm all grown up and naming myself after Ben Folds songs! Haha.
OKCupid ?
Anna, your comment reminds me of being in Fopp recently (purveyors of all manner of dvd and music goodies) and this guy said to his friend "they're the best two films ever" pointing to Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal.
Awh.. not yet fully growed up...
Mind, Labyrinth does feature the luminescent Jennifer Connelly whose beauty shone from her first moment in front of the movie camera...
Jennifer Connelly is wonderful. For years I've been trying to recreate her Labyrinth look (minus purple eyeshadow) - and now skinny jeans are 'in' I'll finally be fashionable doing so!
