When are YOU going to see Hamlet and/or Love's Labours Lost at the RSC?
Come on you lot: let's get a schedule of when we're all off to see Mr Tennant strut his onstage stuff.
Dates people please. Then we can work out an expectation schedule for squees and reviews and general excitement as the dates arrive!

8 August for Hamlet and 10 October for Love's Labour's Lost. For both plays it's the first Friday after press night. (If I go into details about the way I choose my theatre dates, the obsessiveness might be embarrassing).
The challenge will be to abstain from press reviews before I see the plays.
Lisa can I squee very loudly on your blog? I have just got my tickets for 12 December SQUEEEEEEEEE x 1000 you get the picture I'm sure. That will keep me going through the long lonely Dr Wholess winter...
PS Thanks to whoever it was on here who posted about becoming a member of the RSC. I'd have never have thought of that otherwise...
The after show talk for Hamlet is 5 September. (don't tell anyone but I am going to that as well. To my defence, I do crazy things like that all the time and not just for a certain skinny sexy Scotsman). I don't think people without membership will get much of a chance for tickets. Today is the first day for online /phone booking for full memebrs and most of the decent seats have vanished through the full members' postal booking.
4 August is press night. Is anyone here going with press tickets?
I'm going on the 26 Septmeber-none of my friends can understand the obsessive compulsion I had to go so i'm coming by myself from the states---I also had booked my tickets before the plane tickets

1st September, Hamlet, for me; but I'm doing so much in between now and then, that it seems years in the future. Time'll probably fly by!
Eeee! Can't wait.
Hamlet on the 4th August for me.
LLL sometime in October (can't remember when, VERY kind friend bought tickets!).
Have tried to preorder Hamlet for London... so if I succeed that'll be 12 December then...
I'm going the same night as Andrew - Monday 4th August for Hamlet :)
Blog contacts can look out for each other!
VERY envious of the 10 October trip as that's my birthday: oh to see a show then!
BTW is 8 August the cast talk day?

12th December with the lovely Jane Henry!
So. Bloody. Jealous.
I'm going to Hamlet on 23rd September - I miss out on LLL cos I have to fly back to Australia on 1st October. Grrrrr.
Is it really naff to admit that I booked my ticket for Hamlet before I'd even booked my flight from Sydney to London?
Persephone: we feel for you, honest we do! We will think of you.
And Magical M: that sounds perfectly logical to me. What's the point of getting here if you don't have something to look forward to?!
Friday 5th December for me. If it's Hamlet it must be Christmas.

squeee!!!!
Hurrah! There's someone as equally obsessive as me out there!
I'm going on Press Night? Sweet!
