I am aware that you've been going on about this for ages but I hadn't quite realised that it was about dinosaurs.
I was complaining to someone only a few weeks ago what a disaster Jurassic Park was for dinosaur-based fantasy adventure. By being so utterly pukka (and cornering the market with its substandard sequels and the use of Spielberg branding) it's meant no-one has seemed to want to make another dino movie. I know Kong had T-Rexs but I even so... I want dino-led drama.
I hope the fact that it's a) British and b) on ITV won't make it rubbish. I guess Doctor Who has demonstrated what can be done on TV now though, so here's hoping.
Happy New Year too! May it be full of CGI and animatronic dinosaurs!
I know, I know. It didn't exactly inspire me with confidence that ITV picked this up, but I'm willing to give them a chance because I really WANT this to work. Besides, Dougie's using his more natural accent which pleases me loads so I'll probably be prepared to overlook all manner of difficulties!
Having come to terms with the fact that the Lost monster is not a T-Rex I am excited and am prepared to set aside my ITV snobbery for this. Come on, Anna! You can do it too! Just one glimpse of a gallimimus and you won't even remember who Noel Fielding is!

Hee. You may have missed the crucial fact "its about dinosaurs" because they're not exactly my first point of interest in the series...
;)
Hehe!
I'm such a snob - the fact that this is on ITV is really putting me off!
