Nevertheless, it is good to hear that Scritti Politti frontman Green Gartside is back on the music scene; I think Cloud and I were pretty much alone in enjoying the album Anomie and Bonhomie. The guy does have the most divine voice though.
I had bought the single (Tinseltown to the boogiedown) and was counting the days until the album came out then bought it on the day of release - the first time I had done that since Siouxie & the Banshees' Spellbound - and I was not disappointed.
Did you ever hear the single he did with Shabba Ranks? I heard it once on the radio but have never been able to track it down.
