As I have had a particularly trying day with dissertations and international students, I'm taking a five to view the Rufus message boards I have just signed up to. Found a link to a review of the gig at the
Nottingham BBC site, which informed me I am the complete
lack of smarts for also confusing the New and Sherwood Forests. But also found
another blogger who has some nice pics and a review for your delectation!

I think I was just so swept along with Rufus that I didn't interrogate the truth of his remarks (and my knowledge of Norman history is a tad ropey). So it was only when I read of his error that I realised, yep, muddled forests.
